i have a soft spot for fellow design alums and this year's crew looks pretty tight. i love how the u has stepped up it's design reputation over the past few year, go public option! if you're around for their show, check out open water on may 16th and pick up a sweet screen printed show poster. also love this photo of the guthrie by evan stremke who has a fantastic portfolio as well. other notables are kaitlin riess and lucy michell. makes me feel a little guilty for missing portfolio one-on-one this year...it's always inspiring to see young designers who are so passionate. good luck to you all!
