it will be 25 years ago on august 17th. i was just a baby and my family was one of the few, and lucky, to not be employed by hormel during the strike. these photos are so powerful. it's strange to have a place memorized in your head and then see it in an entirely different way. to everyone affected by the strike, i hope you've made peace. photos from the post bulletin of rochester, mn
