AIGA Design Show

...was last night. I'm not one to give myself many pats on the back, but I'm actually proud of myself for winning my first ever professional design award...and I think it's important to be proud of yourself every once in a while. The entry was a poster for the 35W Bridge Collapse Fundraiser that Jamie and I designed. It's purpose was (in short) to create an uplifting message to showcase the strength, beauty and prosperity of MPLS in the wake of the bridge disaster. The poster is limited edition, silk screened black on white stock with custom typeface, ripped in half and stitched back together.
