Lately I have a craving for all things sketch book. I love how raw and personal the illustrations are, and how they create beauty from random notes and events. As a designer who spends most of the day thinking about layouts and color choices and typography, it's such a fresh breath of air to see amazing illustrations and designs that are beautiful because they DON'T pay attention to all those things. (Or at least are not motivated by them). Very inspiring! These sketches come from illustrator Kate Sutton.
