I've got a new bookmark in the name of Smarts and Crafts. Good stuff, see for yourself! I especially liked the post about the New Generation Design Winners, Civil Twilight. Their project, Lunar Resonant Street Lamps, is sensitive to the brightness of the night sky and can turn on dimming as needed to cut down on unecessary pollution and energy consumption. Brilliant! I also liked a runner-up idea from iSave: An LED display for faucets and showers to make users aware of water usage.
